What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is free anywhere in Switzerland. Smaller pieces will be packaged and shipped with a local carrier to your home. For the larger pieces we will personally delivery it to your door and assist with setting it up in your home. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally and can assure your furniture will arrive safely. For international shipping, rates apply. Let us know what you’re looking to order and we will get you a quote. Our 30-Day home trial does not apply for international shipping. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Every order is hand-made on demand to your exact specifications. Orders take about 3-4 weeks to produce. Once your unique piece of furniture is complete we will deliver it directly to your home. 


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa card, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

At checkout, choose the card provider that matches your credit card.

Are Payments Secure?

For your security, your card information is encrypted by SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on the Stratum website is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey). These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorized use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquiries.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

For our Signature pieces of furniture simply select your product and add it to the cart to complete your order. For custom pieces, send us a message with your unique creation and we will guide you through the process to quickly confirm and begin building your custom creation!

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

We’re very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. In Switzerland we will deliver most products to you personally assuring there is no damage. You can make a claim for the item by contacting us by:

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will need an account to place and order and save custom designs that you’ve created. We only require name and email to setup an account and your personal information is secure. 

How Do I Track My Order?

See “My account” in the navigation header to view the progress of your order. We will make updates depending on status and provide a tracking code once your item(s) have been shipped. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If you don’t love your Stratum furniture for any reason, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Your returned items must be packed in the original, un-damaged packaging, and in good condition.

Once you’ve dropped off your item (s), you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it’s your proof of refund. Your refund will be issues within 14 days upon receiving your return.
